Job Description:

Collects, organises and studies data to provide business insight. Apply tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualisation; Identify, collect and migrate data to and from a range of systems; Manage, clean, abstract and aggregate data alongside a range of analytical studies; Manipulate and link different data sets; Summarise and present data and conclusions in the most appropriate format. Typical Skills: Adopt a wide range of analysis and synthesis techniques and continually assure, improve and innovate their practices to generate clear and valuable findings. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions across high risk and complexity or under constrained timescales. Anticipate problems and know how to prevent them. Recognised specialist and adviser in project management, including user needs, generation of ideas, methods, tools and leading or guiding others in best-practice use. Influence senior stakeholders in data approaches. Understand, teach and supervise a wide range of practices or have deep expertise on a narrower range of specialisms.

• Proven experience in Oracle ERP / HCM Cloud / EBS technology, specifically technical skills.
• Able to own and complete data migration tasks on time and without issues.
• Familiar with AIM/OUM Documentation Like CV040, CV020, etc. to support the ongoing data management team.
• Source to target mapping for the data objects to be migrated.
• Work closely with the UKHSA functional team to gather requirements, data mapping and error resolution.
• Work with business on data cleansing and to gather timely inputs.
• Consulting mindset with drive to improve data quality and help project success.
• Performing data migration audit, reconciliation, and exception reporting.
• Experience of working on large scale, complex internal transformation projects.
• Support with the overall delivery of data migration plans.
• Good Knowledge in PL/SQL and Oracle Fusion Technical
• Reasonable knowledge on Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI and FRS.
• Good Communication skills to work with wider/multiple teams.

• HCM Data Loader (HDL) – HCM
• Demonstrable 3 to 4 Oracle ERP / HCM Cloud project experience with focus on Data Migration
• File Based Data Import (FBDi) – ERP
• PLSQL
• SQL
• Oracle Fusion BI Reporting
• Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition
• Analytical skills to understand data migration requirements, interpret source data and discuss with functional consultants for mappings
• Prepare and load HCM Data Loader files
• Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors
• Functional understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc

• Payroll Fast Formula
• Payroll – Basic familiarity with Payroll concepts – Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards etc
