Our Financial Services client, one of the leading independent wealth management companies in the UK, is looking for an Operations Administrator (Onboarding and Maintenance, Transfers or Corporate Actions) to be based in their Newcastle office. This is an office-based Fixed Term contract until end-December 2024
As an Operations Administrator, you will process client information, updates and financial movements within client accounts. The team is responsible for end-to-end processing.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
We are looking for experienced Operations Administrators, ideally with experience in Financial Services / Operations (Transfers, Onboarding & Maintenance and Corporate Actions experience would be beneficial).
Qualifications - Strong GCSE / A-Levels
Strong numeracy skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to cope in high-pressure environments
Previous administration experience would be advantageous
Experience working within a high-pressure environment would be advantageous.
