We are seeking a Contract Associate to join William Alexander Consulting, which requires a Transformation Programme Manager within the Renewables/Energy Sector for a prestigious client of ours. To work on the development of the Renewable Energy area of the business. Then lead the deployment of the new Operating Model in the organisation

Experience required;

• Proven experience of leading the delivery of a new operating models and creating modern, state of the art functions


• Renewable energy transformation roadmaps, framework and plan to successfully delivery the Operating Model transformation


• Worked on E2E enterprise wide transformations


• Completed this work for medium size businesses, on multiple occasions - ideally


• Excellent stakeholder management - Very comfortable dealing up to C-Suite


• Renewables/Energy sector experience - is essential

This is on initial 6-month contract on a long term engagement position onsite with the end client 3 days a week in their London office paying £800 to £935 per day - outside IR35
