A well-established financial services firm based in Victoria require an office administrator to join their team ASAP for 4-6 weeks to provide support to their small London head office.
The role
Meeting room management
Booking travel national and internationally, flights and accommodation
Booking couriers and arranging post
Processing expenses
Setting up meeting rooms for meetings, lunches and refreshments
Liaising with the catering team daily
First point of contact for visitors and guests
Provide admin support to the Accounts payable team-invoices
The ideal candidate
Pervious Experience As An Office Administrator Essential
Experience working as part of a team
Proactive approach
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Intermediate experience using MS Office suite-(excel, word and outlook)
