A well-established financial services firm based in Victoria require an office administrator to join their team ASAP for 4-6 weeks to provide support to their small London head office.
The role
* Meeting room management
* Booking travel national and internationally, flights and accommodation
* Booking couriers and arranging post
* Processing expenses
* Setting up meeting rooms for meetings, lunches and refreshments
* Liaising with the catering team daily
* First point of contact for visitors and guests
* Provide admin support to the Accounts payable team-invoices
The ideal candidate
* Pervious experience as an Office Administrator essential
* Experience working as part of a team
* Proactive approach
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Intermediate experience using MS Office suite-(excel, word and outlook)
* Lunch is provided
