Construction (Non-Contentious) Paralegal Leading UK law firm London.


Taylor Root is currently seeking an experienced Construction Paralegal to join our client, a leading UK law firm. This role will be based in the firms London office and will be offered on an initial 12 month fixed term basis.


Our Client


Based in the heart of the West End, Our client is synonymous with market leading services across a multitude of practice areas. They stand out as a prominent player in Private Client, Real Estate, Construction and Family law. The Construction Team specialises in UK focused real estate developments across industrials and logistics, hotels. Leisure, high-end residential facilities, and film studios.


The Role


Your primary focus will be on non-contentious work, assisting the Head of Department and team on drafting, negotiating, and managing the signature of collateral warranties and standard forms of building contracts, negotiating of appointments, and bespoke services to clients.


Desired Skills & Experience



  • Previous experience in construction within private practice (essential, at least 12 months)

  • Strong background in non-contentious construction work

  • Significant experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing collateral warranties

  • Familiarity with appointments would be advantageous

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic legal team
