This is a maternity cover role, open to England and Wales qualified candidates with 6+PQE, which offers hybrid working options in Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Experience in advising on all major forms of construction contracts, including NEC and JCT, together with experience in advising on development and funding agreements and agreements for lease.
• Experience of supervising junior fee earners.
• Sound drafting, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
