Responsibilities:

• Configure and deploy Cisco Routers, Switches, and network devices for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring security is maintained.
• Monitor and address network problems and performance issues.
• Provide timely technical support to end-users, documenting cases accurately.
• Collaborate with IT departments for seamless network integration.
• Document technical information and system diagrams for knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on emerging network technologies.
• Support and take ownership of projects.
• Participate in on-call and shift rotation.

Qualifications:

• Multi-site enterprise network support experience.
• Multi-vendor network support (Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Bluecoat, Palo Alto).
• Proficiency in network security appliances (Cisco ASA, RAS VPN, Cisco ISE, Checkpoint).
• Incident management, service request, and problem-solving experience.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and monitoring tools.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Cisco CCNP Certified or equivalent experience.
• Juniper JNCIA qualified or equivalent experience.
• Checkpoint CCSA qualified or equivalent experience.
