Job Description: The Network L3 Engineer will manage and optimize the enterprise LAN and Wireless network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. This role requires expertise in network design, troubleshooting, and security compliance within a large-scale enterprise environment. The engineer will act as a technical lead for critical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy robust LAN and Wireless Network solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
  • Create detailed documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and policies.
  • Act as the Level 3 escalation point for complex network incidents and problems.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve recurring issues affecting the network's performance or reliability.
  • Manage, configure, and optimize LAN switches, Wireless controllers, and Access Points.
  • Ensure enterprise network security policies are enforced on LAN and wireless devices.

  • Plan and execute hardware and software upgrades for LAN and wireless systems.
