They must have:
Experience in troubleshooting network problems, eg. to determine the cause of link failures.
Experience in raising network change requests.
Experience in peer reviewing configuration and network change requests CCIE certification JNCIE-ENT certification.
At least 10 years experience in working with Cisco and Juniper devices.
Solid Experience in converting Cisco configuration into Juniper configuration
Must be willing to do troubleshooting work
Experience in MPLS side troubleshooting.
