Overview:

Responsible for the service operations and maturity improvement of our NDR tool Darktrace.

Skills / knowledge required:

• Darktrace Cyber Engineer certified
• Multi-year experience with the tool is a must
• Experience working with and maturing Network detection and response tooling namely Darktrace.
• Service Operations experience
• Experience in managing Managed Service Providers
• Project management skills
