• Techno Functional consultant as Murex 3.1 Developer for Murex Product Upgrade or BAU work in Front Office, Murex Operations (OSP Workflows), MxML or Java development/configuration
• Developing scripts, customizing production implementation (configuration) or Upgrade of Murex applications
• Writing test plans and test cases to ensure that enhancements made to applications meet client requirements and maintain application integrity.
• Work directly with clients at client site.

• Act as Murex Developer to perform Murex platform upgrade or BAU activities
• Knowledge of Murex Front Office, Operations (OSP workflows), MXML exchange and infrastructure
• (a) Murex Development/Configuration
• (b) Murex Interfaces
• (c) Java Development/Configuration
• Developing scripts, customizing implementation of applications.
• Writing test plans and test cases to ensure that enhancements made to applications meet client requirements and maintain application integrity.
• Works directly with clients at client site.
• Identify issues & drive them to closure.
• Handle delivery with minimum escalations.
• Review all deliverables as per the delivery checklist.
• Conduct demos for customers as and when required.
• Provide inputs on goal setting and performance appraisals of team.
• Identify skill gaps and training needs required.
• Provide input into the learning and career plans for team members.
• Identify training needs of team members and provide coaching support to them.
• Mentor team and Nominate team for awards
• Conduct training through academy and induction of new team members
• Good verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences at different hierarchical levels
• Good analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, teamwork, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others of the best course of action

Capital Markets knowledge/experience beneficial.
