Sub-Contract / Self-Employed

A well-established Interiors Fit-Out Company based in Birmingham, are currently looking for experienced Sub-Contract Fitters, for a long Council contract fitting out wet-rooms and bathrooms in properties throughout the North Birmingham area including Erdington, Great Barr, Sutton Coldfield and also in Chelmsley Wood.

The project is starting shortly, so candidates need to apply quickly to be considered.

Experience to a good standard required includes:

• Plumbing and pipework


• Plastering and patching


• Tiling (walls and floors)


• Basic Carpentry skills


• The ability to work quickly and cleanly


• Teamwork


• Professionalism and customer focus

Applicants will require:

• Full UK Driving Licence


• Recognised Plumbing qualification (would be preferred)


• Own vehicle insured for business use


• Own tools

Successful candidates will have the security of long-term work available, in predictable and easy to reach locations.
