Summary: The Multi Skilled Maintenance Electrician role involves performing planned preventative maintenance and repairs in a fast-paced production facility. The position requires relevant electrical qualifications and experience in a manufacturing environment, along with strong communication and documentation skills. The contract is for three months with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £35.00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance, Breakdowns and repairs of machinery and production Lines.
- Ensure planned maintenance is carried out in line with the site schedule.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure tasks are completed with little to no impact on operations.
- Communicate equipment status and performance against the required schedule with Engineering colleagues.
- Ensure all engineering work meets the requirements of Quality, Safety, Health & Environment policies & procedures.
- Document Standard Work & Standard Confirmation: Ensure documents are up to date and reflect the preventive maintenance.
Key Skills:
- Relevant Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification or recognised Electrical apprenticeship.
- Relevant experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good Mechanical Skills.
- Proficient written, numerical, and verbal skills.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office family of products.
- Experience of Maintenance Management Systems & software.

The Person:
- Relevant Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification or recognised Electrical apprenticeship.
- Relevant experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good Mechanical Skills
- Proficient written, numerical, and verbal skills
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office family of products
- Experience of Maintenance Management Systems & software.
