We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Multi-Skilled Engineer for a high-profile client in the food industry. As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for executing planned and reactive maintenance activities across the site. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of the facility on a 6-month contract basis, with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.


• Undertake reactive maintenance works as directed.


• Escalate any major site issues or incidents promptly.


• Produce technical and situational reports as required.


• Generate activity reports following company procedures.


• Actively participate in Health and Safety procedures as per the company policy.

Requirements:

• Experience in food manufacturing environments is essential. 


• 18th Edition


• Test and inspection qualification.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Proficient in IT and report writing.


• Experience working with or knowledge of bakery ovens, extruders and mixers is ideal.
