Our client a successful MSP is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer to support them on a 6 month contract with a number of Modern Workplace implementations. This is a hybrid role with a mix of office, client site and home based depending on the project.
Ideally you will have worked in an MSP or delivery environment used to be in a customer facing environment. You will have a strong working knowledge of;
- Strong technical background, with hands on experience with migrations to the Microsoft Modern Workplace
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Exchange Online
- Microsoft SharePoint Online
- Microsoft OneDrive
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Entra ID Conditional Access
- Windows 10 / 11 and Autopilot deployment
- Windows Server Operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy
- Backup and DR technologies
- Web and E-mail Security
- Competent with PowerShell
- Microsoft Exchange (on-premises)
- Microsoft Defender for Servers/Endpoint
- Firewall Solutions
- Hypervisor technologies (VMware / Hyper-V)
- Server technologies
- SAN technologies
- Security Solutions (AV / EDR / XDR / Encryption)
Initial 6 months likely to extend
Up to 450 per day (Outside of IR35)
Cheltenham office with travel to customer sites across South West
