Our World leading defence client has an immediate requirement for a Mobilisation & Transition Project Manager.

The successful candidate will lead the strategy and delivery of mobilisation and transition plans for the project, from tender stage to contract delivery.

Initially it is a 6 month contract, paying up to 700 a day (Ltd - Umbrella).

The role offers hybrid working, with on-site attendance (in Andover) required minimum 2 days a week.

Core responsibilities will include:

To manage process, planning and collaboration with all key stakeholders throughout the mobilisation and transition period.

Produce and manage the Mobilisation & Transition Plan and Cultural Overhaul Plan.

Monitor individual work stream Mobilisation Plans.

Support tender writing and advise on project plans.

Attend as the subject matter expert on all mobilisation and transition meetings.

Industry Knowledge

Has experience of working in (or with) the MOD.

Has experience of contract mobilisations before.

Has completed transition plans before.

Must be a UK National and able to gain BPSS / SC clearance.

Qualifications

Relevant Degree or work experience.

Advanced change or project management skills

Sound knowledge of HSE and TUPE legislation and practices.

Highly computer literate in all Microsoft packages.
