Harvey Nash are currently partnering with a reputable, Midlands based Retail organisation looking for a Migration Architect to join them on an initial 12 month contract. This business are embarking on a HR Transformation programme including the implementation of Workday HCM and Payroll SaaS solution.

The right candidate will have experience of migrating legacy data domain to Workday. Oracle / Peoplesoft would be highly desirable.

Workday migration experience essential. Migration architecture experience essential. SQL skills / experience essential.

The scope of this role includes creation of Data migration strategy.

Skills - * Workday core HCM and Payroll functional and data domain knowledge * Oracle PeopleSoft legacy data domain * Workday data migration lifecycle, tooling and process * AWS/Azure Data Staging and SQL * Data extraction and developing automation. * Data Catchup and EIB
