Medical Workforce Operations Leader

Brook Street are looking for an experienced leader to join the Medical Workforce programme for the NHS. This is a full time, 12-month FTC, bearing heavy responsibility to ensure collaboration across the health and care system in Cornwall.

What will you do as Medical Workforce Operations Leader?

• Day to day leadership including supervision and appraisals for team members
• Manage issues and escalate where necessary
• Create and maintain working relationships and open lines of communication to internal and external stakeholders
• Support the training and development of your team, and senior members across the business
• Produce performance reports, highlight, identify and monitor any barriers
• Coordinate and lead audits

What skills/experience do I need for this role?

• Masters level qualification or equivalent experience
• Clinical qualification AND experience at a senior level
• Project management qualifications or relevant experience
• Extensive experience of medical workforce models, terms and conditions
• Experience in budget and resourcing management
• Confident in managing business systems
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent leadership skills
