Role Overview:

As the Kiosk Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind our kiosk operations. Reporting to the Concessions Manager, you will lead a team of enthusiastic individuals, maintain operational excellence, and ensure that each visitor leaves with a smile on their face.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of kiosk staff, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the Concessions Manager to ensure kiosks are ready for service.
  • Oversee the setup, restocking, and cleanliness of kiosks before and during events.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff members on product knowledge and service standards.
  • Maintain inventory, ensuring products are well stocked and rotated appropriately.
  • Handle customer orders, payments, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with regulations.
  • Address any operational challenges swiftly and proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with company polices, health and safety guidelines, and licensing laws.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Comfortable using POS systems.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Flexible availability to work during match days and events.
