Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior transformation leads and business analysts in organizing deliverables as part of the overall program.
  • Own the delivery of key project streams, ensuring actions and milestones are accurately tracked and reported.
  • Work directly with compliance and business stakeholders to define appropriate data entitlements for each user group and new dataset.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to data governance and access, ensuring key controls are upheld.
  • Lead or participate in working groups and workshops to understand business requirements, define project plans, and manage timelines.
  • Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives, working closely with technology teams and business stakeholders.
  • Identify challenges and proactively resolve or escalate risks and issues in a timely, well-articulated manner by engaging relevant stakeholders and project managers.
  • Engage senior stakeholders by escalating and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Produce accurate and insightful project updates and materials, tailored to various forums and committees.
  • Build strong relationships and adopt a collaborative approach to support program execution.

Role Overview

This role is part of a Markets Transformation Team responsible for managing and organizing data-centric deliverables related to the use of products. The ideal candidate will have strong program and project management skills, familiarity with traded products (financial instruments, stocks, bonds, derivatives), and some technical proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).
