Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead measurement strategy and analytics for global advertisers.
  • Deliver actionable insights through advanced marketing measurement techniques.
  • Guide clients on measurement strategies, design tests, and conduct research.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and research teams to shape measurement solutions.
  • Maximise advertising impact for clients in various industries.

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing environment (BigTech).
  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Strong experience with digital advertising measurement techniques and technologies.
  • Fluency in SQL; experience with R, Python, SPSS or similar statistical tools preferred.
  • AGM / MMM modelling experience.
  • Comfortable handling large structured and unstructured data sets.
  • Client-facing experience with the ability to communicate complex technical content to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with experimental design, field experiments, and survey sampling.
  • Native Turkish language skills preferred.

Salary (Rate): £130,000.00 yearly

The role: Marketing Science Partner / Marketing Analytics Consultant (ideally fluent Turkish speaking) Location : Hybrid based (Central London, 3 days onsite) Contract : 12 months - to start ASAP ( max 4 weeks notice ) Salary : £125000 to £130000 basic per annum - PAYE, inside IR35 Role Overview: We’re looking for a highly quantitative Marketing Science Partner / Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant to lead measurement strategy and analytics for some of the largest global advertisers. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights through advanced marketing measurement techniques, driving improvements in advertising effectiveness and business outcomes. You will work closely with clients from industries such as Apps, Retail, and E-commerce, guiding them on measurement strategies, designing tests, conducting research, and using advanced data tools. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and research teams to shape measurement solutions and help clients maximise advertising impact.
