PCCW Global is transforming from a telecommunications provider into a technology company and we are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our global Marketing team on our digital transformation journey.
This would be a 12 months contract in our London Office.
You should have excellent live and virtual event management skills, a sound knowledge of digital marketing and the ability to manage global marketing campaigns, while constantly challenging the norm and uncovering new and effective ways to promote and position PCCW Global as a global technology player.
Main Responsibilities:
Working together with Marketing, Sales, Product and other key stakeholders in the business, you will identify, plan and deliver targeted conferences and events as part of an integrated marketing campaign, to drive demand for the company s products.
- Conference and Event Marketing:
- Oversee management of global and regional conferences, events and tradeshows
- To promote and position the PCCW Global/Console Connect brand and drive engagement both onsite and online
- Campaign management:
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns to support the delivery of our events - brief, build, execute, track, evaluate and optimise
- Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness, making strategic recommendations to drive improvement
- Demand generation:
- Generate leads for the business via conferences and events as part of an integrated marketing campaign
- Manage customer and lead data, segmentation, data analysis and reporting
- Work with the digital marketing team to implement effective lead nurture tracks to convert leads
- Drive PCCW Global/Console Connects digital selling programme to the next level using LinkedIn Sales Navigator as an enabler
- Marketing Communications:
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to contribute towards the production of digital content to drive awareness of PCCW Global/Console Connect via thought leadership pieces, newsletters, eDMs, landing pages, blogs, social media.
- Work with Media Publications and Analysts to strategically place PCCW Global/Console Connect content into the relevant market segments
- Plans & Budget Management: Input into the global marketing plan and budget, management of relevant invoicing and communication with Finance
Skills/Experience:
Educated to degree level, Marketing qualification preferred
CRM and Marketing Automation experience essential
Experience with HubSpot desirable
Excellent written and spoken English is essential
Independent, self-starter, able to work across hierarchies
Impeccable attention to detail with analytical and creative mind-set
A passion for new technologies and telecommunications to support us on our digital transformation journey
Ability to manage large projects on a global scale with multiple stakeholders across different geographies/time-zones
Ability to prioritise activities and workload to tight deadlines
Energetic, enthusiastic and naturally motivated
Social Media experience desirable (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Experience in copywriting and proofreading desirable
Previous experience in the technology or telecoms sector preferred
