Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive support across various categories for indie music label partners.
- Coordinate with internal operations and cross-functional teams to resolve Rights Manager issues and facilitate partner responses.
- Manage verification requests, using internal tools and liaising with concierge teams.
- Maintain and update allowlisting databases and manage incoming requests.
- Respond to account management and integrity issues including access problems, account merges, and profile updates.
- Create and manage ad credits/coupons for label partners.
- Collaborate on CRM maintenance and the creation of educational one-sheets for new features and tools.
- Generate ad-hoc reports using internal dashboards as needed.
- Oversee payment processes, maintain tracking workbooks, and support invoice management.
- Attend planning and execution meetings for ongoing tasks.
- Track artist and campaign usage of music products.
- Support the creation of best practice resources and provide direct customer service to external partners.
- Assist the Label Relations team in managing strategic initiatives and programme rollouts.
- Engage with emerging artists to communicate growth strategies and digital best practices.
- Help create scalable solutions for indie labels to maximise platform opportunities.
Skills Required:
