Duration: 12 Months - Temp to perm opportunity
Shift Pattern/rates: Alternating Early/Late
17.20/hr: - Training (first 4 weeks)
20.95/hr: Once training complete and move to swing shift
Mon - Thurs: 6am to 1:30pm. Friday: 6am - 1pm
Mon - Thurs: 1:15pm to 9:15pm. Friday: 12:45pm to 5:45pm

Essential Responsibilities
- Support for Test process, Vibration, ATP and ESS tests for Top Level Units and Sub Assemblies
- Accurate logging of failure data in FRACAS database and assisting with possible root cause fixes
- All aspects of setup of equipment to support test Compliance with and adherence to relevant processes and procedures
- The ability to identify trends and root cause to eliminate future fails
- The Ability to formulate your own shift plan to deliver product in line with the MPS and customer requirements
- Read and follow manufacturing plans
- Ensure quality and health & safety adherence
- Follow daily manufacturing metrics
- Participate in lean activities and other initiatives
- Support manufacturing delivery needs
- Work in teams to achieve delivery targets
- Complete manufacturing paperwork and job cards
- Ability to understand technical drawings and instructions
- Understanding of manufacturing test processes
- Understanding of manufacturing business systems i.e. TipQa, Proficy & Windchill
- Good concentration and attention to detail
- Able to produce work of high quality
- A flexible and co-operative approach
- Appreciation of health and safety practice in the workplace
- Experience of self-directed work teams and teaming
