TSA Surveying are currently in partnership with an engineering services consultancy, who are looking to add several M&E surveyors to a role surveying the retail outelts and distribution centres of a well known retailer.

The role involves a survey of all buildings and M&E assets in various locations within the region, planned to commence in late January lasting approximately 10-12 weeks in duration.

The successful candidate will be suitably qualified in either a Mechanical or Electrical field, with a background in asset surveys within the private sector, capable of conducting a room-by-room condition survey, including lifecycle and verification logging, using the client s own in-house software on a portable tablet.
