M&E Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a large MEP Contractor are recruiting for a Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in Southampton to work on MEP building services projects on a long term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work on a full project to completion.

Location:

Southampton

Rate:

400- 450 per day

The role:

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on MEP building services projects with a mechanical bias being preferential.

Requirements:

- NEC or JCT forms of contract knowledge
- Quantity Surveying experience within M&E
- Mechanical bias preferential
