M&E Bias Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor required ASAP

I urgently require a M&E Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on one of several recently secured commercial refurb and fit out projects. The schemes range in value from 15m- 30m and are based across London. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years post degree experience working for a main contractor or M&E subcontractor and have full project lifecycle experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a long term contract / temp to perm / permanent role with a reputable contractor who has a solid pipeline of work.

Role: M&E Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: London

Rate / Salary: 450- 600 p/d or 70k- 90k plus package (depending on experience)

Duties: You will be initially dealing with procurement and package management along with other post contract tasks.
