My local authority client in South Wales are looking to bring on an interim commercial M&E Decarbonisation PM to join the team on a 6-month contract.

What's required:

- 5 years M&E decarbonisation experience.
- 15 years+ M&E surveying experience.
- M&E surveying experience on commercial buildings.
- Chartered institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) Accreditation.

What type of work will you be doing:

- PV installations
- SOC pump installations
- LED lighting installations.
