  • Manage the logistics team, ensuring high performance and adherence to policies, project requirements, safety legislation etc
  • Create logistics plans and schedules to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of project-critical materials and equipment
  • Carry out regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety
  • Resolve any logistics issues that may arise in a timely manner
  • Use Datascope to book deliveries, cranes, hoists etc
  • Use Datatouch for lookaheads, to plan where materials will be stored on site and for just-in-time delivery process
  • Attend logistics meetings
