A top US law firm is looking to hire a new Litigation PA to join the team on an initial 3 month fixed term contract, working at both Partner and Associate level.  The role will be working 3 days in the office, two days from home with a salary of up to £52,000 on offer plus excellent benefits.

This Commercial Litigation Legal PA role will require applicants who have strong experience of gatekeeping and organising in addition to being happy creating and amending litigation documents, strong diary and email management skills, international travel and billing.  Candidates must have previous Commercial Litigation Legal PA experience where you will need to know the litigation process from start to finish with an attitude of no job too big or too small as the firm has a huge “team playing” environment where they very much play hard and work hard with everyone pulling together and helping one another.

The successful Litigation PA must have excellent communication, written and organisational skills, with strong Microsoft Office experience.  Standard hours will be 9:30 – 17:30 – candidates work three days in the office, two days from home with a salary of up to £52,000 on offer plus excellent benefits.  Candidates must be available to start within a week.
