Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the RHEL virtual server estate, utilising RHEL Satellite for efficient systems management.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot incidents, and conduct security audits to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Effective communication both internally and externally, collaborating with the IT team to address user requests and technical issues.
• Participation in out-of-hours activities to ensure the stability, performance, and security of the client's IT migration.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA).
• Proficient in RHEL administration and RHEL Satellite for systems management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Scripting and automation skills (eg, PowerShell, Bash).
• Understanding of networking and security principles.
• Proven track record in managing and optimising large-scale IT infrastructure.

Advantageous Skills:

• Experience with Windows Server.
• Proficiency in VMware.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (eg, AWS, Azure).
