Job Description: The Senior Linux Infrastructure Specialist role is a contract position focused on supporting system and application migrations within a higher education environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Linux, Red Hat, and Bash scripting, and will work closely with academic teams in a fast-paced setting. This position requires strong communication skills and a background in higher education. The contract is initially for three months, with a daily rate of £500.

This is a great role for someone experienced in working with research or academic teams. The Linux Infrastructure Specialist will be supporting migrations of systems and applications, and will be experienced in Linux, Red Hat and Bash Scripting. They will be working closely with academics and will be used to a fast-paced environment.
