Description

The successful candidate for the Part Time Legal Counsel position will hold the following responsibilities:

• Provide in-house legal advice and assistance to all divisions of the business
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including distribution agreements, consultancy service contracts, supplier contracts, and NDAs
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage legal documentation and correspondence
• Carry out legal research
• Oversee legal documents for signing by the groups Directors

Profile

The successful candidate for the Part Time Legal Counsel should have:

• Be a qualified solicitor in the UK
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills
• Proficiency in managing conflicting priorities
• Excellent communication skills

Job Offer

• This is a part time position working 3-4 days per week
• This is a maternity cover contract for a minimum of 6 months
• Hybrid/remote working can be offered
• Day rate or Fixed term contract arrangements can be considered
