Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating engineering and construction contracts, Suite of JCT & NEC3 Contracts and other standard form of construction contracts
- Drafting and negotiating facilities management and pre-construction agreements, Development & Acquisition Agreements, Energy contracts, Framework agreements, Joint venture agreements
- Advising on development projects and conducting due diligence
- Dealing with warranty documents, performance bonds and guarantees
- Supporting tendering and procurement process, from new bids, tenders to finalisation of contracts
- Providing procurement strategy and advice on general legal, commercial, financial risks
- Advising on risk allocation
- Managing external counsel/conveyancers/other resources as necessary
Skills Required:
