A Midlands based battery cell research and manufacturing centre is currently recruiting a Learning Designer & Developer. The successful candidate will maintain and develop training, both internal and external) for the battery manufacturing industry.
The Learning Designer & Developer Will
- Create and develop E-learning modules to be delivered to internal and external clients.
- Liaise with product suppliers in support of training technologies or equipment development whilst maintaining personal and technical reports of training activities.
- Manage the reporting of engagement according to KPI s and suggest ways to improve content and delivery.
- Create and develop Storyboards for all E-learning training.
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the Battery Manufacturing process.
- Confident consultancy skills to work with the business to understand and respond to their learning needs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360 or equivalent.
- Experience in designing impactful digital learning solutions.
- Ability to deliver operational plans in a highly demanding environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for customer and industrial partners' interaction, a strong resilience, and a good communicator.
