About This Role Do you have experience in a learning function, with a dash of event management experience? We are seeking a L&OD Officer to coordinate the delivery of learning and organisational development practices and programs including our corporate learning programs, employee engagement and recognition programs. You’ll partner with and support our team in delivering our portfolio which spans across learning, leadership development, performance development, culture, employee engagement and employee recognition. You’ll have a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to flex between detailed coordination work and creativity with internal communications, initiative pitches and promotion of our teams programs. You will have strong skills in technology (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint), with the ability to pick up new technology skills swiftly (e.g content authoring and learning tools), as well as manage our HRIS/LMS and SharePoint sites, ensuring data is accurate. Your new role is an integral part of our Learning and Organisational Development team and no day is the same. You keep us on track, moving seamlessly between learning initiatives and organisational development programs, while providing an exceptional first-contact point service to our organisation. We’re a small but mighty team, and there are plenty of growth and development opportunities to take the next step in your career. About You The successful applicant will have: Tertiary qualifications in human resources, learning, organisational development Demonstrated experience in a learning and development function in a diverse organisation with a focus on learning and development coordination from inception to completion. Demonstrated experience in efficiently and autonomously managing and balancing competing priorities, with a high-level of attention to detail, organisation, and accuracy. Experience in small-scale event planning, project management and delivery including working with a range of stakeholders to deliver events. Experience in administering a learning management system or human resources information system, including extracting reports and data analysis. Solid skills in using technology (such as HRIS/LMS, authoring tools, intranet, purchasing, records management and Microsoft Office applications) to support the management and delivery of learning and leadership development programs. Proven ability to be an agile and employee experience focused, self-starter that takes initiative and drives and delivers on agreed outcomes in a cohesive team environment. Ability to build relationships (internal and external) within a diverse organisation along with experience in engaging with external providers. Current Class C Drivers Licence.
