Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our Senior Designer and Creative Director to bring new collections to life from concept to prototype
- Develop initial sketches (hand or digital), 3D CAD designs, and technical specifications using Rhino or similar
- Produce photorealistic renders and moodboards for internal presentations and launch materials
- Contribute to material selection, sizing, and wearability assessments
- Coordinate with the London studio and production team for prototype refinement and sample management
- Support capsule collections, special projects, and London-based creative needs that complement the Italy-based core design function
Skills Required:
- 7+ years experience in fine or fashion jewellery design, with strong knowledge of CAD/CAM workflows
- Proficiency in Rhino, KeyShot, or similar 3D and rendering tools
- Skilled in both hand sketching and digital concepting
- Strong understanding of metal types, stone setting, finishes, and manufacturing feasibility
- Experience in men’s or unisex luxury jewellery a major plus
- Knowledge of prototyping processes (resin printing, stereolithography)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
