Simon Acres Recruitment are recruiting for a luxury high-end kitchen manufacturer who is looking for a Key Account Manager to cover on a National scale within the UK.

This is a permanent position paying between 45,000 - 55,000 basic, plus bonus, car allowance, fuel card and other benefits.

The ideal candidate will be an Area Sales or Key Account Manager with a proven track record of operating within the luxury market, good connections with high-end kitchen retailers and the ability to self-motivate.

The Role:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing retail partners in the UK & Ireland.
  • Building and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximise revenue.
  • Acting as primary point of contact for retailer partners, promptly addressing their inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling from competitor brands.
  • Being a brand ambassador and product expert to support partners with regular and ad-hoc training.
  • Arranging and leading regular visits to factory for new and existing partners.
  • Conducting regular visits, business reviews, and performance analysis.
  • Negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements where necessary.
  • Identifying new business opportunities with existing accounts and strategising to expand.
  • Growing the dealer network by identifying and engaging with new potential partners in key strategic locations.
  • Keeping track of key performance indicators (KPI s).
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing product development, senior management, and service support.
  • Preparing and presenting performance updates including budgets, forecasts, and key sale channel developments to senior management.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and market developments.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience selling B2B within the KBB industry.
  • Existing relationships with high-end independent kitchen retailers (very beneficial).
  • German or luxury kitchen background, with a sound understanding of the high-end market.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently using own initiative.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to think fast, work well under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Team player, confident and professional.
  • Ability conversate at all levels, via phone, e-mail and in person.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
