Gresham Hunt have partnered with a well known UK Retail Bank who are going though a significant Transformation programme in their Digital Bank.

Our client are looking for a Business Analyst to join them on a PAYE basis for six months commencing mid February.

The Role:

Working as a Business Analyst across all stages of the delivery lifecycle, and demonstrating an excellent knowledge of BA tools and industry standards e.g. Jira, Confluence, Behaviour Driven Development, etc.

Ability to operate effectively in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and actively shape the ways of working

Present problems to Agile delivery teams and shape work items through workshop facilitation, and effective collaboration

Apply As Is and To Be analysis techniques to identify business problems and opportunities

Produce and manage Features, Epics and Stories with Acceptance Criteria in Jira, as well as other artefacts including data mapping documentation, etc.
