Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for M365 and Azure environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Set up laptops and configure them for new starters.
- Experience of working with third party vendors and suppliers would be advantageous.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer.
- Strong understanding of M365 (including defender) and Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
