Job Description: The role of Help Desk Support Analyst involves providing technical support to managing directors and trading & investment banking floors globally within a prominent financial institution. The successful candidate will manage a large user base and ensure effective solutions are delivered in a dynamic environment. This position is initially for a 12-month period with a strong possibility of extension. Candidates should be prepared to handle a high volume of support requests daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting approximately 23,000+ users with over 27,000 desktops, plus laptops, Blackberry, and BYOD devices.
  • Be able to demonstrate control over a highly challenging and dynamic environment.
  • Function as part of a complete service team providing effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Identify repetitive faults and implement permanent fixes.
  • Contribute to knowledgebase documentation as required.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant help desk work experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling 30+ calls per day.
  • The ability to provide a high level of technical support for trading and investment banking businesses.
