Job Description

In this role you will be working closely with the IT Manager and Senior IT Technicians, and you will be rewarded with a salary of up to 28,273 per anum, 35 days annual leave, Life Assurance an excellent pension plus additional excellent benefits. This role is Hybrid - 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

Below is a snippet of what you will do:

  • Provide 1st line technical support to team members.
  • Handle and resolve IT related queries and issues.
  • Ensure the functionality and efficiency of computer systems.
  • Report on any unresolved issues to the 2nd line of support.
  • Maintain records of software licences.
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles.
  • Conduct regular system checks for security purposes.
