Job Description: The Finance Business Partner for IT at a leading global financial institution will serve as the primary financial contact for EMEA IT stakeholders. This role involves managing the month-end process, monitoring financial performance, and providing insights to optimize costs. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. The opportunity may lead to a long-term contract or permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become Business Partner for EMEA IT and become the first point of contact for any financial matters from EMEA IT stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of the month-end process in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance (Capex/Revex), highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Offer financial analysis and insights to support decision making and to optimise costs.
  • Take ownership of cost analytics with explanations of variances against plan through a detailed understanding of business and cost drivers.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 4 years of PQE in IT Finance or Finance Business Partnering/Management Reporting.
  • Preferred professional accounting qualification.
  • A strong team player, self-motivated and proactive.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with proven experience of being able to produce and present complex financial information concisely.

Salary (Rate): £500.00 Daily
