ARM are currently working with a well-established construction consultancy who are seeking an invoice administrator to join the team on a temporary basis based in Solihull. |
About You:
To be applicable for the position you will need the following: - You will need previous invoicing experience. - You will need excellent administration skills. - You will need to be proficient using SAP and Excel |
What you will be doing:
In this position you will be maintaining the invoice processing mailbox ensuring that all queries are resolved or investigated. You will also be supporting internal stakeholders making sure that any invoice queries are answered and covered. Finally, you will be ensuring a high level of data accuracy within the invoice processing. |
This position will be based in Solihull and there is potential for hybrid working once up to date with the systems and software. |
What you can expect in return:
This position is an initial 6-month contract and is looking to pay 22.97 per hour inside IR35. |
You will need to be eligible to work in the UK full time. |
