We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Part Time (2 days per week) Intervention Teacher to join our team at a faith school in Edgbaston.
This part-time position is specifically for Year 5 and 6 students, focusing on providing targeted support and intervention to enhance their learning experience.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting small-group intervention sessions to support students in Year 5 and 6.
- Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to address individual learning needs.
- Collaborating with classroom teachers to align intervention strategies with the curriculum.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, adjusting interventions accordingly.
- Providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues regarding intervention outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any additional notes.
- Collaborating with the school's leadership team to contribute to the overall educational objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with primary school students, preferably in Year 5 and 6.
- Knowledge of effective intervention strategies and differentiated instruction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to the school's faith-based environment.
- Flexibility to adjust working days based on the school's needs.
