Key Responsibilities
- Support a portfolio of clients, including limited companies, sole traders and partnerships.
- Work with the entire team to ensure the timely and compliant preparation of statutory accounts, personal tax returns, VAT returns and P11Ds for a varied client base.
- Work with colleagues to identify opportunities and leads to develop the firms portfolio of clients.
- Share your technical knowledge and experience with colleagues and foster a supportive environment.
- Review the work from, support, and mentor junior colleagues, ensuring that company standards are maintained.
- Work closely with the Partner to drive growth for the firm.

Qualifications
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in practice.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
