We are delighted to present to market a fantastic 6 month (temp to perm) opportunity for a well-established HR Shared Service Manager.
Our client, are a highly recognised and established financial services firm who are seeking an experienced HR Shared Service Manager to join their People team in Central London. This role will see you take supervisory responsibility for the HRSS team with the goal to improve; process governance, user experience, speed and accuracy of the team as well as driving efficiencies through process mapping and optimisation.
The successful candidate for this mandate will have the below skills and experience;
prior, recent financial services sector experience
experience managing and improving a team
experience process mapping and an ability to optimise transactional processes without negatively effecting user experience
a personable and professional comms style who can partner successfully with cross-functional peers.
This role will require you to have no longer than 3-4 weeks notice as this is an urgent hire.
