Job Description
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Supporting business needs through human capital.
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintaining pay plan and benefits program.
- Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
