p>Interim HR Business Partner Salary: 250 per dayLocation: Manchester/HybridMacmillan Davies are delighted to be working once again with this innovative provider of housing and community services in their search for an Interim HR Business Partner.Offered on an ongoing basis for 3 months the role of HR Business Partner will play a key role within the HR team working closely with other HRBPs and the HR Manager and providing a dedicated support to your business area.In addition, the role will take on the management of a portion of employee relations and so suitable candidates will be confident and happy to support in this area as well as having the ability to manage challenging stakeholders.To be successful in this role you'll need to be resilient, able to think on your feet and be able to work at pace.Working out of newly refurbished offices in Manchester however there is ample flexibility in working from home, only needing to come into the Manchester office 2-3 days per week and to attend meetings as required.Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Deliver a comprehensive HRBP service across designated business areas aligned to the HRBP framework Support in the development and implementation of functional People Plans for designated business Provide managers with case management advice and guidance- disciplinary and grievance, capability, performance, attendance etc To provide coaching and mentoring to managers at all levels to develop their confidence and capability in their line management skills.
